House / condo rental management includes placing advertisements, showing the property to prospective tenants, processing tenant applications, checking tenants references, preparing tenancy agreement, collecting rent checks, move-in and move-out inspection, etc. Services related to rental property management will be carried out as instructed by the owner and compliant with the regulations of the Residential Tenancy Act.
We charge 1/2 month rent for leasing service and 5% of monthly rent for managing the rental property for you. GST is applicable on all service fees.
